The General Partner will engage Ninth Eternity Asset Management LLC (the “ Manager”) to provide certain advisory and management services to the Partnership.

Ninth Eternity Capital HK Limited (the“Adviser”) will assist the Manager on various administrative and other liaison activities, including, without limitation, liaising with the Limited Partners.
